When the Tom Shaw Foundation needed a professional website to highlight its mission and events, XTApps stepped in to design, develop, and host the entire website free of cost. The goal was to make sure the foundation could focus on raising funds and organizing events, instead of trying to manage complicated tech.

The new site was built to be mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, and easy to update — especially around annual events like the Freedom Walk.

Freedom Walk to End Alzheimer’s — An Annual Event

Every year, the Tom Shaw Foundation hosts “Tom Shaw’s Freedom Walk to End Alzheimer’s” at Good News Brewery, 2886 S Missouri 94, Defiance, MO 63341. The event honors the legacy of Tom Shaw Sr. (1929–2018) and raises awareness and support for Alzheimer’s care and research.

The most recent walk — now completed for this year — featured community turnout from across St. Charles County, local sponsors, registration options ($25 pre-register and day-of options), and strong partnership with businesses who believe in giving back.
